    nitrean vs whey

    are nitrean and whey similar, is one better that the other, or do both accomplish different things ?

    Nitrean is a protein blend rather than solely whey protein. As for the benefits of one over the other, you can go to the At Large website and read the description of Nitrean for what they feel is advantageous about it over whey.
