    Variety Split - sounds like food....but isn't...

    i was just wondering if it's okay to have everyday a total workout of everything ( a mixture)...or should it b on certain days?

    If you can recover faste enough to work out every day, go right ahead. If you're not time consumed, you can also do that. You can focus on lifting muscles, then pushing ones, alternating.
