I havent been doing any biceps or tricep exercises for ages because i thought id see how they grow just doing compound excersises that invovle them, and theyre really lagging behind my chest, back and delts. Should i start working them again on there own day. I do a full body workout mon/wed/fri so would it be fine if it trained bis and tris on tue/thurs?
Personally I'd just do them mon/wed/fri as part of the full body routine.
Yeah Gimp ive thought of that to but my workouts are a tiring 1.5-2 hours already, after that im totaly whacked. Dont think i could add them on the end. Maybe i need to reconfigure the whole workout. Any suggestion guys, im still wanting to do full body style but i really need some direct work on these skinny arms of mine.
WBB# 1 splits stuff up really well. My routine is wbb #1 but slightly modified. I'm sure you can modify it to suit your needs.
Mex: yeah thats one option i mite look into, although the workout im doing now is totally working for me except for the bis/tris

That sounds like an excessive amount of time spent in the gym. How many body parts do you do? How many sets per body part?
