I'm going to really try to keep this one going haha

anyways this is kindda what my split is going to look like starting Monday. i been bulking all winter ,i would say it went pretty well some great strength gains, but i think i gained a little too much body fat.
so now i look outside and i see the sun shining, so its about time to go run and play outside, in other words cardio time. i hate run on the treadmill and stuff so i will be doing some plyometrics and some sport specific drills for basketball.

goals: losses some body fat. and maybe put on some lean muscle
increase vertical and speed.

supplements: creatine and ON whey
