    Alternative if you don't have a dip station...

    Bad alternative...

    Dips like that become so much more easy its ridiculous. A big waste of time

    rapidshoter if you go down perpendicular to floor on a dip station it targets mainly your triceps. If you lean forward you invovle your chest

    dips are a compound movement. if the elbow bends it will use triceps. if the upper arm moves behind the body (as in dips) to get it back uses pecs.
