Everyone knows, or should know how the Bench of Death works. Basically you pick a weight and rep until you can't rep anymore. So who can do the most reps with the most weight? For PLers, this is probably best done on a DE day. For BBers, I would suggest dedicating an entire chest and triceps day to this exercise. It's really that taxing.
All said, I can do 104 reps with 105 pounds before I have to scream for a spotter to pull the bar off my chest.
