    may '03 - reps around 105 x 8, max 135

    mar '04 - reps around 170 x 6, max around 215


    added about 40 some pounds of body weight

    started at 17 with 170 lbs. fat-bench was about 95 x10
    now im 19 weighing 190, bench is 245x3

    Started training Feb 2003 Benching 175
    Now 340x2
    200lbs @ 10%
    340/400/450

    Dude... wow... i'm drunk. Flabbagasted at your choice of decision. Should i call you in 30 min when we are en route, come, oaks are for fun.

    Hmmm... I remember barely being able to push up 100lbs. when I was 19 years old. When I started weight training a few years ago 135x7 was my max- now I hit 275x7 last week- I dont know how that breaks down into a 1RM. Im not too big on the ego-lift...
