I don't know how much weaker they are than guys. How many girls actually are in this forum?
Well since I only know about two girls who frequent this forum, here is my wife's routine.
Tae-Bo in the morning and afternoon
Sexcercise at night with or without me. j/k

back & biceps: pulldowns, bent over db rows, cable row, some compound sets of different curls
legs: squats, calf raises, leg press, lunges, ham curls, deadlifts
chest/tri/shoulders: flat bench, incline db press and flyes, standing fly, compound sets for tri/shoulders. do different exercises each time for the compounds.
arm day: more of the same stuff from the compound sets but use heavier weights and assisted dips.
cardio on off days
