I have seen ppl with impressive looking Chest and back but yet they have really small arms that hardly matches with the rest of their upper body. Any idea why do they have such a problem? Is it due to over/under training or simply genes?
thats me, god damn hate it.
i got no clue what it is, i work my arms as hard as anything else.
and its not genetics because my uncle was a pro, had huge arms.
Usually it's a result of a imbalance because this individual has failed to train each bodypart in a even fashion.

I have the same problem....my lats grow by lookin at them (ask the guys that saw my pic) but my f'n arms don't clear 18" unless my body fat clears 18% LOL

some people are naturally big. so there chest and back are big before training so those area grow quicker.

That's weird, my lats and chest refuse to grow but my arms grow even w/ half assed training... same with my legs... and to make matters even more strange my triceps are proportionate to my biceps and they receive little to no direct work... how odd. It's kind of cool in a way except that I have large legs, large arms, large shoulders, but a torso that resembles an "I" more than a "V"
MY ARMS DONT GROW, but my chest and back have zero problems growing.. Pisses me off, but i guess they'll get there, they MUST have potential to get bigger than they are now, and where there is a will there is way
yeah im the same as past doubt my arms grow even when i dont train them properly but my chest just wont grow and it friggen sucks
I don't really train my arms that hard at all and they get to 19"+. Sometimes I miss my bicep workout out. Genetics. My shoulders I have to really really blast as I have to with my legs.

Most people seem to work out biceps the most when they start out. Even before they actually figure out what their goals are. They just KNOW they want big arms.
I've seen a ton of people in the gym spending 2 or 3 times as much time and effort on their arms as they do their legs, for example...
yeah, i notice that too. i also notice the fat people on mini bikes!!!
Same here, lats and chest are not having much trouble growing, however my arms are really small.
yeah i always see these bogan sorta people in at the gym doing their biceps but never any other body part i dunno if they go at a different time but they're in 2 or 3 days a week doing curls...
