    Uh how do I find my body fat? Sorry about all the topics/noob questions ive been making/asking lately, its just im so curious.

    you need to get hold of a pair of calipers, they're about 15 bucks from a sports shop i think? then search on the net for where to do the measurements

    some calipers you can buy come with a book telling you where to measure, bodyfat charts etc.
    Stats at 1st March - 7th June

    Weight: 171 - 163
    Bodyfat: 15.5% - 10%

    Status: Bulking

    There is also the "water test", it is far more accurate. Most universities have the, and so do some gyms.
