I was wondering who counts their pre and post workout shakes in their diet (assuming you are bulking) like say you have a calorie set point and a macro breakdown for your diet do you figure your shakes into your diet or do you add that in addition to it on your workout days?

Personally I see no reason not to count it.
simple...whatever goes into your mouth, count it.
