need to burn the belly and keep the muscle!
Hi guys how is everyone doing. I needed some advice on burning the fat and keeping as much muscle as possible. I am 5"9 177 pounds with 34 inch waist
;( Now i heard if u do cardio for 20-30 minutes after workout u will be ok. I wanted to know what is the best way, before or after workout and for how long and how many days a week.Thanx
Definitely clean up your diet, and some HIIT
While cardio will help, abs are made in the kitchen.
