I was buying some cans today and saw that Tuna Flakes only costs me 4 minutes of work, whereas a can of chunks/steak costs me 12 minutes
Ive had flakes before and they have slices of bone in them and other mangled bits of crap they scraped out the sea, but its still the same amount of protein (it says)
So is it ok to buy this instead??? Is taste the only variable here??
