Yesterday i ate read meat for the first time in like 4-5 weeks and now today i have the worse case of the backdoor trots. Could it be because of the meat?
it is possible... you say you haven't had it for awhile and now you're introducing your body back to it.

not really introducing it i just missed it after weeks of chicken, turkey, fish so i made a little raost in the crock pot.
It happens to me sometimes. Friend of mine who hasn't eaten any red meat in a long time (10 years) had some this past week and she had the same problems.
was it undercooked?
No Way...my wife is the one that would always order medium rare and it would make me sick. Thats why i have never eaten prime rib because its always pink! i dont want my dinner to moo when i cut it. Well done all the way!Originally Posted by einstein1
