    Where can i find flaxseed or evening primrose oil in a spoonable bottle? I've searched my gorcery store, no dice, and also none of the GNCs around here seem to carry it. There's a natural food store just up the way, I think they might have some... How much does it cost? I dont want to spend 20 bucks on twelve spoons of oil.

    I got my flax at the Vitamin Shoppe. I think it was like $11 for about 32 servings. Pretty cheap. A health food store should carry it.

    I found some flax oil at GNC today- it was all the way in the back of the drink fridge...almost like they were hiding it from me. Bastids! Anyways, when is the best time to take my flax oil? I see that a lot of you guys put it in your protein shakes after workout, and Ronan said to put it on fibrous carbs and eat it before bedtime. I'll just try to to take straight shots of it.

    Use your flax seed oil anytime you need to add more "clean fats" to your meals. there is no right or wrong time to take it except with a high carb meal, then I would always recommend keeping the fats lower regardless of the type.

    Primrose should be taken in capsules with anymeal that contains fat. I take mine in the morning with Vitamin E.

    I however would not recommend that you just start taking Flax unless you know why you are using it, and will your diet support that much of an increase in fat grams.
