    Skinny But i have Pop Belly

    hey,

    im really skinny, really. Arms and legs like twigs. But for some reason i have a small pop belly and slight bitch tits.

    I began drinkin reflex instant mass drinks along with a healthy calorie diet and i joined a gym which i attend 3 times a week.

    so is all the mass just gonna go to my tits and belly? it seems astho fat never wansts to go to my arms or anything.

    each person is slightly different in where they tend to store their fat.
    Most people will store the majority in one spot, it'll be the first place you put weight on, and the last place you take it off.

    i was like you but without the "bitch tits". two things helped me immensely.

    1. pick a routine and follow it religiously -- the split you use isn't nearly as important as actually following it consistently, at least for the first three months or so.

    2. eat and count your calories. most likely you're probably eating only half of what you need to grow. even though you got a potbelly, you need to eat, A LOT.

    there's tons of info on this stuff at this site. you can look a lot bigger in 3 months. just exercise some discipline, and you'll see.

    we need more info to help w/ suggestions. give us your: ht./wt./age/daily diet w/ cal. consumption/workout routine/goals. than maybe we could offer some help.

    if you're bulking than yes you will(as w/ most guys) get a larger belly, but the rest of you should also get bigger...again, depending on what your diet/routine looks like.

    If you're just starting out, then it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Once the rest of your body is growing, your belly will not be as obvious, then, when you feel you're getting a bit too fat all around, cut. The "bitch tits" could be gyno, run a search if you're not sure what that is.

    yea i think i no what you mean, cus i joined the gym last week and ive been 3 times sweatin my ass off onthose weights. and i have realized that my small popbelly is goin down and same for bitch tits. But since yesterday ive gone on the calorie diet along with my milkshake and i fear it might go back on there.

    no i dont no what gyno is, ill look it up.

    i did search and it dosnt tell me exactly what it is and how it occurs. im guessing its loose skin. but can ne1 elaborate on that?

    Gyno is basically a hormone reaction, usually as a result of steriods, that causes man-boobs. It can't be worked away and if you have it, surgery is the way to get rid of it. I don't know too mcuh about it, I'm sure someone else will ellaborate further.

    christ their not that bad, thier only small they look kinda like pecks, but it cant be cus im skinny. and i am 17 so i guess it could still be my hormones. but i dont take steroid.

    they happen to people naturally during puberty, if you're a "late" bloomer- then they could very well be that, they should go away on their own soon.
