My coach is makin me do it..
dont kno the actual percentages right now but its around those numbers
5 reps of - 20% 1rM
5 reps of - 40% 1rM
4 reps of - 50%
3 reps of - 70%
2 reps of - 90%
and then do incline for three sets and your done.. i've been gainin about 5 pounds a week on bench press with this.. of course i go to my gym on other days and do my own bench/tricep workout.. but this is my basic bench workout.. does it look anygood?
If it works for you then its good. Simple as that.
I'm sure that there are better routines out there, but since its working for you stick with it until progress stops.

^well its been happenin since last year.. at first i thought they were just first timer gains.. but now i'm at 235 and i'm still progressing every week
if it works, good shyet... I did a similar workout in high school and it worked out great. Personally i like the simplicity of working till failure in 2 sets rather than stretching it out to 4-5 sets...
