I'm going all out on bulking and during the day I have a little time to nap everynow and then (since I work on weekends most of the week is actually free for me). I usually only nap for an hour or less.
I wanna sleep right now as my lower back, hamstrings, and quads are in DOMS right now, not to mention I'm just plain a little tired.
It seems fine to me, but I'm just wondering if this might have some sort of undesired effect. Just making sure.
