    The Power Snatch !

    Hi everyone,
    i don't know how you guys like to train but i just stay with the basics : snatches, cleans , benches, deadlifts ,squats and presses from behind and in front of the neck .
    it works well if you are interested in power and size.
    here is a photo of me power snatching .
