    I wonder if that could be why I get insomnia and nosebleeds....My multi-vitamin contains 400 IU and I take that daily.

    Milk and juice around here is fortified with Vitamin D, so most people never have problems (since most people drink one or the other at some point) ... but it's still good to know. Thanks for the article, Chris.
