    tennis elbow

How do you deal with the pain of golfers/tennis elbow while training, instead of just stopping and resting it.

The best treatment is rest. Tennis/Golfers elbow is inflammation of the nerves at the elbow where they are put under stress when the arm is flexed and extended. A mild anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen can help, but the best way is to stop stressing the nerve, which means rest. If the condition doesn't go away, you can have surgery to permanantly move the ulnar nerve to an area that will result in less stress but surgery is a last resort.

I have it in both elbows. I just take naproxen before I do anything that I know will make it hurt. Not much you can really do. Schedule an appointment with the doc or a physical therapist or something though.
