The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Buffalo Soldier

Been signing that song all day long so far.
    Why?
I just made myself a Buffalo burger today.
IMO it doesn't replace beef, but as my first time having it, I didn't hate it.
Although I think next time I'm sticking to organic ground beef.
Organic and beef just taste better.
    Anyone else ever try buffalo?

Buffalo burgers are excellent. Much more flavor than beef IMO. I guess it depends how you grill it.

I agree with JD I love buffalo burgers, much tastier than beef in my opinion. And much more lean.

It has a more gamey (is that a word?) taste to it. Definitely better for you.

venison is a bit TOO lean sometimes but moose is usually good

True to that. Around here a lot of people mix in some beef with venison if they're going to make any sort of ground from it. Either half and half or one part beef to three parts venison.

Rare is the only way to eat steak, most other things as well. Bacteria is overrated.

I always found lamb to be way too salty tasting. Tried it about 6 times, could never make it to my liking.

I usually have pork fat mixed into my venison to diminish the 'wild' flavor. It's pretty good.

buffalo needs to be cooked rare or it gets tough and loses taste.

Not to be argumentative, but I prefer buffalo cooked well done.

Yes, any bacteria would be on the surface of the meat. The muscle internally is sterile.

    Buffalo good. Me like.

Ostrich is good too. Very juicy and dark red. Not tough at all.

When I said rare, I mean rarer than you would cook a regular beef burger. Meat with less fat will toughen if cooked to long. I won't eat meat that moo's or whatever buffalos do.

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
