    Straigh Bar or Curling Bar for FOREARMS?

    Ok, well today is the day i add some reverse curls into my bicep/forearm routine.. Im looking to more target my forearms when i do these, so should i use the Curling bar? or straight bar? or doesnt matter??

    I think you should do what's more comfortable for you. Reverse curls really bothers my wrists so it could do the same for you.

    I like the straight bar- at the top of the movement- you can curl your wrist towards your body a little more for that extra squeeze...
