i hear both sides of the story.
from most of you, you tell me to injest 1- 1.5g per pound of bodyweight throughout the day. then i hear from nutritionalists that anything more than 60g throughout the day is a waste and can lead to bad things.
what should i do? i injest about 180g per day right now.
ohh..and they say anything over 60g per day turns to fat or you just crap it out.
