Hi all, could do with a nice helping hand
I'm trying to add muscle-mass, and build up my shoulders, arms, chest and abs.
I know I should be hitting around 2500 Calories a day, but I wouldnt be supprised if Im hitting hitting under 1500.
Im current 18, 5ft 7" and around 9.5stonne.
Heres my usual meals/foods that vary from day to day.
7.30am: 2scrammbled eggs/boiled eggs
12pm: 2xham rolls/Pasta/salad
4.30:Anything ranging from:
Jacket Potatoe, with chesse/butter/Chicken/Lasange/Spagheti Bolognaze/fish and pees/
1banana, 2spoons of olive oil (good source of fat),creatine, with 4spoons of porridge oats, mixed with a pint of milk.
10.Vegtable Soup/Rice Pudding/Toast/Cerial/Jacket Potatoe, with chesse/butter/Chicken/Lasange/Spagheti Bolognaze/fish and pees/
I know these are questions you've probally heard millions of times, but Im looking for things I can include (easily available from UK Shops), to replace my already crap diet, and where I can include the protein shake listed above. Thanks guys.
