Okay, stop doing crunches and situps. Do this everyday, for up a month.

Do any and all full body exercises that involve standing and moving weight, such as lunges, squats, deads, oly. lifts, OH presses, push presses, etc. If you can move decent weight, you'll have awesome abs, guaranteed. Whether or not you can see them depends on your BF (diet).

I can move decent weight in all the exersizes you mentioned. I don't feel right not doing some ab specific exersizes though. Anyone wanna share with me?

You'll have wicked good ab strength if you can do these. And for obliques:

The most crazy ass flag pole move EVER, period. Solo, no rope. And hours after he broke 2 ribs. That is a tough man. He later died doing crazy sh*t though.

Thanks for the links and recomendations guys! I don't think I'm ready for the front lever yet. I'd rather start with easier and less taxing exersizes. Thanks again!
