Does anyone have a thing they eat that are like chips but healthy? Like wheat thins. They are made from wheat right? SO they should be good for you.

They have these Soy Crisps in the supermarket that are decent tasting. The first ingredient is hydrolyzed soy protein. They have flavors like nacho cheese and apple cinnamon and stuff.
I like to eat Triscuits, but they contain Trans fats, so I don't eat them too often.
Kashi makes WW crackers, but they taste like cardboard.
