    im hooked on this stuff

man, im hooked on red beans and rice and have been using it to add some weight, currently at 170lbs(from 156) in a year and a half. would this be good for bulking or cutting? ingrediants are: long grain rice, red beans, some salt, ham flavoring, brewers yeast, wheat gluten, soy, etc, etc. nutrition facts per serving are: calories 110, total fat 0%,cholesterol 0mg,sodium 400 mg,total carbs 20 grams, dietary fiber 3 grams, sugars 1gram,protien 4 grams. serves 8 (or 4 hungry people). would like to keep this in my diet for awhile. im cool with the sodium because my salt intake is very low, lots of water. any input on this dish. any input on this. found alot about rice on a search but nothing about this. thanks

Sounds good to me. I would eat it, just watch your cals, that's the most important thing when cutting/bulking. I know the stuff you're talking about, very tasty.
