12:00 12oz chicken (canned) with fat free mayo
3:00 Protein shake, banana
7:45 Protein shake
9:15 12oz chicken (canned) with fat free mayo, Multi vitamin, 2flaxseed oil caps
Now I know this doesn’t have very much variety but this should work out great for a cutting diet. I am hoping. Any ideas?
Fat: Really low saturated. I use the Flax seed oil for fat
Carbs : About 100g
