How's this for bulking? (Dinner not included...was 4 or 5 slices of pizza, also doesn't include the carb powder that I put into my protein shakes...think they are high in calories)
I believe that the calories burned is a little high though, dont think I need to eat 4500 cals a day when I weigh 165 right?
Guessing fitday calculates the calories wrong.

1800 x 1.4 = 2520
2520 + 600 = 3120 cals needed.
So I took the happy medium of 3800
