How's this for bulking? (Dinner not included...was 4 or 5 slices of pizza, also doesn't include the carb powder that I put into my protein shakes...think they are high in calories)

I believe that the calories burned is a little high though, dont think I need to eat 4500 cals a day when I weigh 165 right?

Guessing fitday calculates the calories wrong.

I calculated 75 kg x 24 = 1800
1800 x 1.4 = 2520
2520 + 600 = 3120 cals needed.

So I took the happy medium of 3800

2. everything looks relatively good, and clean.. i don't know if i personally would take in that much protein, but nevertheless, looks good.

3. so does anyone know which calorie amount is right?

Or should I just experiment

4. You absolutely have to experiment. No one can tell you the exact number of calories you need without sophosticated experimental equipment being used on you, and even then the results would not be exact. I think your level of 3800 kcals is a nice start (although my guess is a young teen like you will need more to really grow). See how it goes and then adjust accordingly.

5. Well I'll probably be able to get into the 4000+ by adding another half cup of cashews, and dinner to that total.

Will try that and dial it back a bit if I get fat

Man 4-5 slices..thats how i got FAT! LOL...watch the soudim content

7. Yeah I should. Been eating crap food my whole life and stayed a skinny little b**** though, so I'm tryign to get used to eating clean since i'm sure my metabolism will slow down at some point
