I've heard of cutting and kinda have a idea what it is, but would like it if someone could explain it better to me.
Cutting ie losing bodyfat, losing weight, making your muscles more defined.
I've seen cutting gel in stores before, hows that work ?
it is a topical hydrating gel/lotion/liquid. they are *supposed* to mobilize fat in areas applied, but dieting is more effective. if anything, it will remove water and make you feel that you are losing fat.

The basic definition of cutting is eating less calories (usually combined w/ cardio) in order to reduce bodyfat.
