I am following WBB1 , I am wondering, how much calories would I be burning in the hour that I am working out
it varies person to person, the duration, the intensity, the weight of the individual, the lean mass of the individual... theres really to many throw ins to give you a number but you could always guesstimate or even try searching on google or yahoo for sites that have calculators or estimates of calories burner doing certain exercises.

Its really impossible to say.
My usual answer is either 'not enough' or 'too many' depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting.
