    Chubs: Glad to see you've taken up good mornings, too. I just started and I like 'em. That Crossfit ****e is crazy. That 100 rep thing Anthony posted, do you have to do it all in that order? If you could do 10 seat of 10 of each it wouldn't be as bad.

    Most people will do each 100 as one set, and wait till' they complete it before moving on. I dunno if there's anything "wrong" with doing it the way you said, but it seems like a lot of people do each 100 before going to the next.

    I think doing 10x10 would be easier, but I am almost certain, according to CF, that you complete one before going to the other? Where is Lollipopkid when you need him?

    Yeah I wanna laugh as well but I am even more short than both mik and Atown so that would mean I could not do this one since they cant find one taht they can reach.....

    Overall not really happy with the session today. I really wanted more on the chins, but considering I haven't done weighted chins in a good bit, I wasn't expecting anything outstanding. Just did miss the last rep by about 2 or 3 inches. Kinda mad about that, but oh well, nothing I can do about it now. Off to BJJ pretty soon.

    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

    Mik- Thanks man. I'm just hoping to put up better numbers, but someday I will haha.

    Ant- Yea yea yea. You were only slightly off. I'm really disappointed in my chinning strength. Really let myself down with it.

    Ant- Damn you just did beat me. What slowed you down so much?

    Tim- Thanks man. Some days can be hard as hell, and some days are easy. That's the joy of CF.



    BJJ:

    BJJ today was awesome. Kids class we went over some basic guard stuff and then moved into some basic triangle stuff. Rolled in between classes, and rolled pretty good. Felt like my game was on. In the adults class we went over some guard stuff and some triangle stuff. That went ok, but after that I rolled with the 2nd best guy in the class, who's been taking for like 5 years. He of course beat me all three times, but my game was so much better, much more controlling and he def. had to work for the submissions. I'm toast right now, but it feels great.

    I like to come in here and read about your BJJ exploits. Props again, you always find a way to bring yourself up with your training - nice job on making 2nd best dude work so hard...I bet you come a close 3rd best in there.

    Weekly Weigh In- 175.4lbs. Dunno if this is up or down from last week, as my scale was ****ed up last weigh in.





    Helped my instructor out with a self defense demo on Saturday. Had roughly 20-25 people request free trial cards from the studio, so hopefully we can draw in some new students.



    Me and my roommate (eyeofthetiger) just bought over 100 dollars worth of groceries. Hopefully they'll last all this week. If not, I suppose we'll have to go buy some more.

    **** YEA! I can't even begin to describe how on this session felt. I was scared today was going to suck ass, as I was tired as **** the whole day. As soon as I got into the gym, I started feeling awesome. Started my DLs and everything flew up. When I went for the first PR I got a guy that I've seen DL quite a bit in the gym to watch my form. Granted he doesn't pull a **** load of weight, but from what I've seen, he uses great form. He said my form on the 335 was spot on, so I decided I was gonna push myself. The 365 was slow, and form prolly broke down just a bit, but there was no hitching at all, so I'm happy as hell. I've finally hit 2 times BW on one of the big 3. The rest of the session was great, and I just didn't wanna leave. I'm friggin stoked.
