Coke- I felt much much better last night. Not really any soreness in my groin at all.

Was in charge of all 7 of the KB classes today. Had to demonstrate all the lifts to each one of the classes. That was a damn workout in itself.

    Comments:

Tough workout, VERY tough. Of course it should be seeing as how I developed this one. The first two blocks were based off of a 3 rep ME lift, and the last two were 5 rep DE lift. The stuff at the end was all auxillary. The Turkish Getups were rough, just because of the Windmills. I'm getting very very close to a 1/2 BW Turkish Getup, which should be interesting. Everything felt nice and strong, though I felt tired throughout. I suppose running all the classes took its toll. Overall a very good session.

Fairly good workout today. The turkish getup shot me right before the benching. Damn happy with the 1/2 BW though. Pullups felt awesome. Groin was twinging a slight bit on the squats, so I kept those light. Happy overall.

Hahaha thanks man. 77.5lbs of 1/2 BW might not be much to everybody else, but to me it was a big deal LOL. Let me know how it goes.

    Comments:

Overall a good workout. Fairly tough. The worst part was the finisher at the end. Presses felt strong. Thrusters felt strong. Everything was great overall.

Played 1.5hrs of soccer after the workout. Felt great to get out there and run around, even though I really ****ed up one shot. Absolutely juked the defense and then flubbed the shot off the side of my foot.

Coke- Haha thanks man. They're not as rough as you think they are.

    BJJ:

Worked on armlock and rear mount escapes today during the kid's class. Between classes I did like 7 rounds of 2min shadow boxing with 30seconds of rest between. We ran joint mobility after that. In the adult's class we worked the same escapes and also a little turtle stuff. We rolled at the end. Grappled with a blue belt and pretty much destroyed him. We grappled no gi and I couldn't quite sink the submission in, but I ran the points up on him pretty bad. Grappled with the instructor a bit later and got demolished. Gotta love it.

    Comments:

Overall a decent workout energy wise. Put up decent numbers, but I just didn't have it in the tank. Pretty beat up after the grappling last night. Stomach also hurt pretty bad, so it was a bit uncomfortable working out. SOT Presses are hard as hell. Alternating Turkish Getups sucked ass as well.

    Comments:

Workout was decent. Had to leave for Myrtle Beach for a paintball tournament, so I just wanted to get a nice quick workout in. The deads were ok. Pulled a wee bit of 2 x BW with the Sumo stance. First time pulling in 3 weeks, so I suppose I should be happy. 335 came like 3 inches off the ground but I couldn't move it any further. The OH DB Presses were easy. I'm pretty sure I could Push Press the 80s. The Wide Grip Rows were just throw in so I could get away from chins for a week. Overall, some somewhat decent numbers thrown around for a little guy.
