    Coke- Thanks man

Lifting Kid- They were close to parallel, but not quite that far.

    405lbs x miss
    405lbs x 1 (DL grip)

    Decline Situps-

    3 sets x 10

    Comments:

Overall a pretty good day in the gym. The squats were slow. I should've lowered the weight since I was going to make them DE, but I just kept 185 up there and pushed as fast as possible. I was slow off of the slow box but hit a couple of inches and then exploded up. The Rack Pulls felt great. Brought my stance way in. Wasn't planning on going above 315 but felt like feeling some heavy weight in my hand. 385 was dead on. I could feel my back round on the 405 but I was able to come through it without hitching. Felt good. Just threw in some quick abs and then hit the tennis court for a bit of hitting. Overall a good session in the gym.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

I just looked over your last few workouts. I can't believe you're pushing this weight at 155 lbs. You're going to really embarrass me haha.

Justin- Haha, nah I won't embarrass you. I'm just a little guy.

LK- Thanks man. I'll beat you in DL though. Both you and I know it.

    Coke- Thanks man.

Good to have a rest day. Ate some Mexican and some Pop Tarts last night. I'll try to keep my cheat meals to 2 today and then completely clean on Sunday.

    Anthony- Thanks man.

Justin/Rick- Thanks guys. I've got fall break the 9th and 10th of October, which is a Monday and Tuesday. I'm not sure howyou have your split arranged, but I was thinking about maybe coming up that Monday to lift with ya'll. Whatcha think?

WBBIRL- Thanks man. I'm thinking I want to compete at 148lbs when that time comes, so hopefully I'll have a good showing. My strength isn't anything special though, but thanks for stopping by.

I've got ME CGBP here shortly. Ready to destroy something.

First time lifting with KingJustin off of this board. Cool dude. Big. Nice pressing strength.

*Made a 100 on my Business Law Exam. Only 2 100s out of roughly 100 people.*

    Workout: ME Upper

    Location: Campus Gym

    Weight: 156lbs

ME CGBP (index on middle smooth)-

    45lbs x 10 (WU)
    95lbs x 10 (WU)
    135lbs x 3 (easy, nice arch)
    145lbs x 3 (easy, stay tight)
    155lbs x 3 (easy, get better arch)
    165lbs x 3 (watch wrists, easy)
    175lbs x 1 (easy single)
    185lbs x 1 (easy but floated high)
    195lbs x 1 (slow, push faster)
    205lbs x 1 (+10lbs PR, slow, ass up)
215lbs x miss (nothing, no speed)

BB Rows (brought to nipples, double OH)-

    45lbs x 10
    95lbs x 10
    115lbs x 12
    115lbs x 12
    115lbs x 12
    115lbs x 12

    Incline BB (ring on smooth)-

    45lbs x 10
    95lbs x 10
    115lbs x 12
    115lbs x 12
    115lbs x 8

    Chins (wide pronated grip)-

    BW x 5
    BW x 5
    BW x 5
    BW x 5
    BW x 5

    Comments:

Fairly happy with the workout. I wanted to put up 215 but it wasn't happening. No speed coming off my chest. Still made a 10lbs PR so happy about that. The BB Rows felt good. Used a slight amount of english, but I was bent all the way over, so no worries. Felt like my upper back needed some extra work, so I brought the rows up high to my nipples. The Incline BB felt good, though my tris were pretty shot. Chins were just to get a bit extra work in. I think I'll have 250 x 1 BP raw by January 2nd. I need to make sure I keep getting some heavy back work in. Overall good session. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

Nice workout, and great job on the test. A strong person is impressive, but one who can manage other goals like school is even more impressive. Good work.

    LK- Thanks man.

Justin- I've got Evers. She just likes to talk a lot, but doesn't really teach much concrete material.

IRL- Thanks man. Yeah, I'm confident I'll be able to put it up pretty soon.

Coke- Haha thanks bro. I've always been a bit stronger brain wise than muscle wise.

    Con- Much appreciated man.

I've got ME Rack Pulls today. Really looking at putting up some solid numbers.

There's officially too many Justins on this board.

Pressing looks great Andrew. If you had a weekend to come up, it might be better, but that day would probably work too. Mondays are ME Upper. Tuesdays are off.

I'd like to get up there on a weekend, but about the only weekend would be the Sunday before the day I listed. I probably would be able to get up there until that evening either. If ya'll felt like waiting until that evening to lift, I could do that. Up to ya'll.
