Con- Yep, all about strength, though I don't want to lose any mobility, obviously.
LK- Thanks man, but not sure what you mean. The DLs hit my posterior chain, as do the cleans or the high pulls. I rotate GMs and Hypers as well.
Sid- Thanks bro. It wasn't anything special. The squats felt fun. The sandbags were pretty decent, but would've been better if I hadn't done them at the end of the workout.
