Wibble- What's up man. Been awhile since ya come around. Yea, I'm pretty much healed up. I mean I don't go sliding around on my stomach or anything but running and lifting and all that is just fine.

    No Workout Today.

Running work today was "Easy Endurance Day." I got on my treadmill upstairs and started running and at the same time I watched Fellowship of the Ring. I started right at the point where Gandalf "dies" and I became determined to last until the credits rolled. I didn't think it would be as long as it was.

Ran 52 minutes at 6.1mph for a total of 5.59 miles of continuous running. The last 5 minutes or so was kinda tough but I think I could make it an hour if I really wanted to.

The time and distance was more than I intended to do, but oh well, ya gotta love it right.

Burned over 700 calories during the run.

    Total Distance Today: 5.59 miles

Played about an hour of tennis shortly after I ran. Would have played longer, but was tired from the run. Overall a good day. Ate a lot but exercised a lot also.

    Workout- Back and Shoulders

    BW x 2
    BW x 3
    BW x 4
    BW x 5
    BW x 6
    BW x 7 (+1 set/ 7 reps)
    BW x 6
    BW x 5
    BW x 4
    BW x 3
    BW x 2
    BW x 1

Dumbell Rows/ HS Front Lat Pulldowns Super Set:

    65s x 10/ 90lbs x 10
    67.5s x 10 (+2.5lbs)/ 140lbs x 10
    67.5s x 10 (+2.5lbs)/ 140lbs x 10

Side Laterals/ HS Shoulder Press/ Machine Shrugs Giant Set:

    20s x 10/ 45lbs x 10/ Stack x 15
    20s x 10/ 55lbs x 10/ Stack x 15
    20s x 10/ 65lbs x 10/ Stack x 15

Was running out of time, so I turned most of my workout into either SS or GS. Kinda got me a little winded during the giant sets, but overall I liked this workout. My strength is still going up even with all the running I do.

Today was hill day. Warmed up with 1 mile at 6.5mph then ran 6min. at a 6.0 incline, and finally cooled down with another half mile at 6.5mph. Not a long run but still had my heart racing after the hills.

i was just reading over a couple of deer hunting articles and decided to put a quote in here for you. ""It's hard to pick one good county for trophy deer in west Alabama," deer project leader Cook said. "Greene, Marengo, Hale, Dallas and southern Perry County are all real good."" i live right on the edge of marengo, hale, and southern Perry County and have people saying that i can hunt on their land. i cant wait for deer season man. i'm gonna bag a big 'un. ttyl

    Food:

Meal 1- 2 Cinnamon Rolls, a little bacon, Milk

Meal 2- Cubed Steak, Rice, Baked Beans

Meal 3- Chips and Salsa, OJ

    Meal 4- Supremes, Fries, Biscuit

    No workout.

Today was supposed to be an easy endurance run. Something just didn't feel right today, and I only ended up running 2 miles. I have no clue why my run was so bad. The only thing I can think of was that I had more food on my stomach than usual, my shoes were different, and I was running on a smaller treadmill. These shouldn't have affected my run that much. Maybe I had some incline on or something. Not happy with this run at all.

Other than the ****ty ass run, I watched a bunch of movies and thats about it.

    Meal 2- Turkey Sandwich, Fries

Meal 3- Peanut Butter Crackers, Milk

Meal 4- Shrimp Quisedilla, Spanish Rice

    No Workout Today.

Today called for another "easy endurance" run. I went into town and ran around there. It poured the entire time I ran. I ended up running something over 4 miles, and by mile 2 my shoes were absolutely soaked in water. It felt like I had freakin concrete blocks around my ankles. Ya know what though, I LOVED IT!!! I got so many wierd looks from people in town, but they'll never know or understand what drives me. Overall a very good run.

Didn't do much else today. Overall a pretty productive day. I pushed myself some, so it at least wasn't a wasted day.

Been over 3 days since I've had any of the "usual" respond. Hmmmmm...

Weekly Weigh In- 166lbs. Up two pounds from last week. I'm gaining weight even while running almost everyday. Hmmm, I like this.

    Food:

Meal 1- Nutri Grain Bar, Milk

Meal 2- Roasted Chicken Breast Double Meat, Turkey and Ham Double Meat

Meal 3- Grilled Chicken, Corn, Rice, OJ

    Meal 4- PB Crackers, Milk

    Meal 5- Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Decided I need to go back to eating a little cleaner, so that's why some of the foods from the past are back in.

    Workout- Back and Shoulders

    Pullups (Palms In)-
    BW x 1
    BW x 2
    BW x 3
    BW x 4
    BW x 5
    BW x 6
    BW x 7
    BW x 6
    BW x 5
    BW x 4
    BW x 3
    BW x 2
    BW x 1

Even though I didn't increase in number, these pullups were done with a much stricter form than last week.

    Hammer Strength Front Lat Pulldown-
    90lbs x 10
    140lbs x 10
    170lbs x 10 (+10lbs)

Hammer Strength Iso Row (weight each side)-
    100lbs x 10 (+10lbs)
    125lbs x 10 (+10lbs)
    130lbs x 10 (+5lbs)

    Overhead Dumbell Shoulder Press-
    45s x 10
    46.25s x 10
    50s x 10

HS Shoulder Press (weight each side)-
    45lbs x 10
    55lbs x 10
    70lbs x 10 (+5lbs)

Overall a good solid workout. Pretty happy with my strength levels. Even with the increase in body weight, my pullups were better than last week. Overall a good workout.

I was uptown with a group of people hangin out, and a guy I used to know drove up and we went over to talk to him. As I was walking up, he was like Jesus Christ Andrew, you're gettin' big man, you need to quit liftin weights some. I just laughed. I don't even think I look all that muscular at all. I mean I only have 166lbs on a 5'11 frame. Oh well, I'll take it.

I have the interval training tommorow. Should be interesting to say the least.

    Food:

Meal 1- Nutri Grain Bar, Milk

Meal 2- Chicken Salad Sandwich, Chick Filet Sandwich

    Meal 3- PB Crackers, Milk

Meal 4- Chicken Taco, Chili Cheese Burrito

Well last meal blew the "semi clean" status, but it tasted oh so good going down.

    Workout- Chest and Biceps

    Benchpress-
    135lbs x 10
    145lbs x 8

At this point, because I lacked anybody to spot me, I had to move a bench into the squat rack. This was really awkward when it came to unracking the weight and getting into position to bench. I think this caused me to use a lil energy that would have normally been in the lift.

    155lbs x 4

    Cable Flys (Weight each hand)-
    20lbs x 10
    30lbs x 10

    Dips-
    BW x 10
    BW x 10
    BW x 10

These felt really strong today. Everything felt nice and tight.

Decline Pushups (Feet up 1.5-2ft above head)-
    BW x 15
    BW x 15
    BW x 15

    Alternating Curls-
    35s x 10
    40s x 10
    40s x 10

    Crunches x 50
    Crunches x 50
    Crunches x 50

    Cable Trunk Twists-
    50lbs x 10
    60lbs x 10
    70lbs x 10

Overall a pretty good workout. I felt like I got a good pump outta all my chest work, and the ab work went pretty good as well.

Right above my ankle has been hurting since I ran in the rain, so I'm thinking I may have strained it a little. I was supposed to do Intervals today, but instead I ran a timed 3 mile. I ended up running it in 24:00min. I'm very dissappointed with my time. I could say several things that I think contributed to the poor time, but they'd all just be excuses. It really just comes down to me pussin out and not pushing myself hard enough. I may not do too much running tommorow though because my ankle area is sore when I run on it.

JustinF- Thanks man. Yea it's not really a bad time, it's just that I've run faster in the past, and was dissappointed that I couldn't at least match those previous times.
