Justin- Haha could've been better. Should've.

Red- Doesn't really bother me all that much anymore.

Risk- I'm still bulking haha. To me I always look fat lol.

Mase- Dang man. Popping by here. Awesome. I needed the break. I was pretty beat down.

North- I should smoke it pretty easily.

So I'm back from the vacation. Ate WAY too much junk and just laid around the beach. Was extremely lazy but at least I have a tan now and am well rested. Really glad to be back though.

    Comments:

Pretty good stuff for the first session back. The speed continues to improve on my DE Benching, so I'm going to go to 150 or 155 next week and start working at that weight. The chins felt decent though the 6-7lbs of water weight I'm holding didn't help haha. 5x5 weight isn't improving anymore on my CG so I'm going to switch it up and probably do a 3x8 or so and see how I respond. Really wanted to hit 225 for a 5x5 but it's not going to happen this go around. It'll happen soon enough so I'm not worried about it. Looking for a good session tomorrow. Good stuff today.

    123- I've already hit 230 or 235 for a CG single awhile back. I really wanted 225 for a 5x5.

Mase- Haha yea for real. Luckily the vacation came during a scheduled carb load so it wasn't as bad as it could've been.

KJ- Hopefully it'll keep moving along like it is.

Lion- If I put forth effort, you wouldn't have a shot at all.

LK- Haha I enjoy being lean bro. Guess that's the former fatty mcbutterpants in me.

    Coke- Thanks man.

Risk- It's on man. You'll probably beat me too it, but I'll give you a run for your money for sure.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

Haha yea. When you used to be as fat as me, you tend to despise the thought of getting bigger, even if you know in the back of your mind that you won't get like you were.

Got my belt in last night. Decided on a EFS Retro 2 prong. Gotta break it in some as it's stiff as a board.

    Workout: DE Lower

    Location: Home

    Weight: 167.2lbs

    Squats (low box)-

full box sq = 1-2" below parallel
    touch and go = parallel

    45lbs x 8 (WU)
    95lbs x 6 (WU)
135lbs x 5 (nice arch, good low bar placement, full box sq)
185lbs x 5 (sit back more, full box sq, knees out more)
275lbs x 5 (+4 reps PR, sit back more, knees out more, chin down, touch n go)
185lbs x 1 (knees out more, sit back more full box squat)
185lbs x 1 (much better rep, knees out and hips back)
185lbs x 1 (good rep but more hips back)

    DE DLs (platform, chucks)-

    135lbs x 5 (WU)
    185lbs x 3 (WU)
    235lbs x 1 (pretty good)
    235lbs x 1 (better speed)
235lbs x 1 (looked down but kept close)
    235lbs x 1 (good speed)

    Conventional RDLs-

    255lbs x 10 (off platform, mixed)
    255lbs x 10 (off platform, mixed)

    Rack Crunches-

    #2 x 10
    #3 x 10
    #3 x 10
    #3 x 10

    Hanging Body Twist-

    BW x 10/10
    BW x 10/10

    Comments:

Good session today for me. Hamstring was a bit tight to begin with but it loosened up a good bit. I wore the belt fairly tight on the 275 set but it still could've been pulled at least one more hole. They felt a bit slow but on camera they looked pretty quick. The DLs felt pretty decent. Not as fast as some days but not as slow as other. Want to work on arching harder. The Conv RDLs were fun stuff off the platform. I'm already not built for it so adding the platform was even more fun. Good stuff today and I think I'll have a good ME session Saturday.

+4 reps on anything is always nice. When you squat that low do you take your usual sumo stance? I get torn apart doing low box work when Im super wide.

    McV- Thanks man. Trying.

Lion- Either call me tonight or hit me up with a PM. I'm going to soccer after work though so I won't be around the phone until after 8pm.

KJ- When I go touch and go it only ends up being to parallel.

Sid- I actually use the same stance that I normally squat with. It really hits the hips and groin hard but as long as I warm up I'm fine. Like I was telling Justin, the touch and go doesn't hit below parallel. I only hit that when doing a full box squat.
