great PR's dude! Your squat form looks real good...nice sit back, knees out, lookin good.
I'm no DL expert whatsoever, but what I've been trying to do is not letting my hips go so high so it turns into a SLDL.
SO I get set and get down, shove my knees out so my hips sink lower. Then I try to get my chest real spread/big and maintain that posture the whole lift. Its alot tighter form because you cant "grip and rip" and it involves pure hip strength but I think in the long run you'll be better off from it.
This is just my "$.02" so take it for what its worth...but from what I have read and seen from guys like Mark Bartley, this is how the lift should be executed.
