Chris- Thank ya bro. I should've gone 9 for 9 but oh well. The spotters were really disappointing. Things were definitely not squared away.

Justin- Thanks man. I'll hit some much better numbers next time.

Nice number bro. Really good lifting.

Every meet will have its drawbacks, but bad spotting is the worst.

Lones- Thanks. Just something to base the next meet off of.

Drew- Thanks Drew. Yea, I know meets are going to have drawbacks but spotting has got to be the biggest concern.

Nick- Thanks bro. Trying my best.

Just wanted to go ahead and get back into it. Came back very light and raw. Feels good not to be in the briefs. Right quad felt like it wanted to tear a bit at the bottom of the squat. I'm not used to going ATF so I'm not surprised. The close stance felt so awkward. Looking forward to coming back nice and heavy.

    Appreciate it Detard.

Nick- Haha yea, Dad was a Doc with the Navy. We were at Charleston before we were stationed with the Marine Corps at Lejeune. I didn't realize that's where you were at now. When you get back from the sandbox, get up with me.

    Angie:

    100 Chins
    100 Pushups
    100 Situps (GHR)
    100 Squats

    For Time

    Time: 27:39

    Comments:

Hadn't planned on doing this. Was going to do my normal workout but decided at the last minute to give it a shot. I had just eaten at Red Robin so that probably wasn't a great idea. I felt good when I had finished all the chins in 9 minutes. Figured I'd even make up a couple of minutes on the pushups and situps. Not so. They accounted for 15 minutes of my overall time. My abdominal and tricep endurance blows. Smoked the squats. Overall a decent time but I don't like it.

    Comments:

Pressing session was pretty good today. Fairly happy with the triple at 225, though I definitely need to get that moving. The accessory work went pretty well. Worked up to some heavy sets with the floor pressing. I've gotta get my triceps stronger. I'm really wanting to hit 275 at least at the next meet. Had to hit some heavy back work as well. Overall a good session.

    Comments:

First time in the briefs since the meet. Everything actually felt great tonight. I got a little loose on some of the sets, but overall I felt strong. I'll probably use a similar rep scheme for awhile. HY used it and seemed to have some pretty good success with it. I'll give it a try and see what's up. Happy with my squatting.
