    Ryuage: Really my goals at this time are to build strength. Being big or looking cut would just be a nice after effect. Honestly I'm not counting a thing. I just eat when I'm hungry and try to eat a good amount of food.

    CoCoa: Even though this routine lacks variety, I actually really like doing it, and my body is responding pretty nicely to it.

    Meal 1- Nutri Grain Bar

    Meal 2- Chicken, Pork Chop, Mac and Cheese, Roasted Potatos, Banana

    Meal 3- Chicken Sandwich, Fries, Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatos


    No Workout Today. I needed the rest, as I've been kinda tired lately.

    Got a few girls coming up to the room later on, we'll see what happens lol.

    Ryuage- Well lol, no ass for me last night. Seems like the really hot girls I meet aren't exactly the type to just come to the room and ****. I guess that's a good thing in some aspects, though I can't say I'm not a little dissappointed haha. Guess this just means I'll have to get to know them all a little better.....



    On another note, I'm getting ready to go to Exercise class. I've read through a lot of the text, and it seems that the book's points mirror pretty much everything that is stated on WBB. I thought that was pretty cool.


    I have a scheduled workout for tonight. I'm sooooo ready to get in there. It seems that lately, I'm happiest when I'm working out. I'm gonna try and use the 35lb plate for dips tonight. We'll see what happens.

    Nah def. not you Dragon. The only thing is, when she comes up here with a friend, it gets kinda hard to do anything. Of course now that you mention it....maybe I should just turn the lights down low, and cuddle with both of em lol.

    Your first statement struck me as funny, because my dad said the exact same thing. I talked to him last night, and he was like "Andrew, before long, you gonna **** yourself skinny." HAHA, just like good ole Dad.

    155lbs x 4 +1 very slightly assisted (+5lbs)
    155lbs x 5 (+5lbs)

    I either had 135lbs 10 or 11 times. I could probably hit 12 or so with it. I smoked 155lbs on my last set.

    Pullups (Palms Out)-

    BW x 5
    BW + 10lbs x 5 (+10lbs)
    BW + 10lbs x 4.75 (+10lbs)

    Dips-

    BW x 10
    BW + 25lbs x 5
    BW + 30lbs x 5
    BW + 35lbs x 5 (+5lbs)

    Bent Rows-

    155lbs x 5 (+10lbs)
    165lbs x 5 (+10lbs)
    165lbs x 5 (+5lbs)


    Overall this was a great workout. Intensity was up, and my lifts all flew up. I am VERY happy with today's workout.

    I'm out here in a little bit. Goin' downtown to find something to do.

    S.M. Military Press (Diff. Machine)-

    Came home for the labor day weekend, and use the Smith Machine here. This bar is a lot thicker and seems harder for me to handle.

    Squats-

    135lbs x 5
    195lbs x 5
    200lbs x 5
    205lbs x 5 (+5lbs)

    Deads-

    135lbs x 5
    195lbs x 3
    205lbs x 3
    215lbs x 3 (+10lbs)


    Overall a good workout. Good form on my lifts and overall I'm happy with today.

    Nothing really to report for today, except that I didn't eat all that much, and I played a little tennis. Hit really bad. Goin back up to school tommorow. Going to have another great lifting session, I can feel it.

    Thanks man. It's kinda wierd though. I've been losing small amounts of weight since I've gotten to college, but I'm still gaining strength in my lifts. I guess maybe since I'm not going to failure that I'm keeping my body from getting toasted. I'm really looking forward to benching my bodyweight for 5 reps though. Hopefully I should have that in the next two weeks or so. We'll see what happens.
