    Food:

Meal 1- Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Hotdog (No Bun), Milk

Meal 2- 2 Tacos, Baked Chicken, Potatos, Corn

    Meal 3- Turkey Sub

    No workout today.

Played some tennis. Hit decently, but I was really tired. I hope to get into the gym tommorow for some MP, Squats, and DLs. Should be a good day.

My weight is holding steady at 165lbs. I'm going to try and eat slightly healthier, though with all the walking and exercise I do, I don't really think it matters all that much.

With the tennis do you find you have an imbalanced physique?

Tiger- Heck yea man, Roll Tide Roll. Send me an email with some info I can use to get up with ya.

Gimp- I don't really have any imbalances that I can readily notice. If anything, tennis has helped me. My supporting muscles in my arms are pretty strong, and I can def. tell a difference when I use DBs for bench.

JustinF- Thanks man. Heck yea I'm loving school. So many hot girls, so much to do, and I even like almost all of my classes.

Ryuage- True true buddy, that's why I need to start eating better. All I'm really saying, is that with all the exercise I do, if I don't eat real healthy all the time, it's not going to hurt me as much as when I wasn't doing too much exercise.

    Food:

    Meal 1- Oatmeal

Meal 2- BBQ Sandwich, Rice, Baked Chicken, Chicken Sandwich

    Meal 3- Steak, Shrimp

    Workout-

    Smith Overhead Press:

    57lbs x 10
    97lbs x 10
    127lbs x 5
    132lbs x 5
    132lbs x 5

    Squats:

    95lbs x 10
    135lbs x 5
    195lbs x 5
    205lbs x 5
    215lbs x 5 (+5lbs)

    Deadlifts:

    135lbs x 5 (Sumo)
    195lbs x 3 (Sumo)
    205lbs x 3 (Conventional)
    215lbs x 3 (Conventional)

I changed the Military Press to Overhead, because I feel like I wasn't doing such a strict pressing movement. All my lifts felt great, and I could probably have used more weight on everything, but I wanted to keep it where it was at.

I've got a tennis match tommorow, should be interesting. I'll probably lift weights before the match sometime, but I should be alright anyway.

Overall a great workout. Everything went really good, and my bench turned out awesome. I think my goal is to be benching 185lbs for 5 in another month. I def. think I can obtain that.

Got my bodyfat measured today at school. It came out to be 17%. That SUCKS MAJOR ASS. I don't wanna go on a cut though, so I'm just going to continue doing what I'm doing.

Thanks ryuage. I guess it's correct, unless the calipers can be thrown off by a little loose skin. They only did a three site too, chest, abdominals, and thigh.

On another note, me and my roommate won the Intramural Double's Tournament. Ended up playing 3 matches back to back to back over a 3 and a half hour period. Needless to say, I'm pretty tired right now.

Congrats on the bench and the doubles tournament, great job on both!

As far as BF% goes, if you don't feel you're so fat that you need to cut then don't worry about it

Gimp- Thanks man. I think what I'm going to do is go on a small clean bulk up to 170lbs and then do a SLOW cut to 160 and see how that goes.

CoCoa- Thanks man, and yea I know what ya mean lol.

Ryuage- Thanks man. The guy that did the test said that loose skin really doesn't effect the results any, but I dunno.

    JustinF- Thanks bro.

Anybody have any estimation of what my one rep max is? Back when I maxed out at 175lbs, I could do probably 145lbs for 5. I'm thinking my max is somewhere around 190-200lbs. Any ideas?

No workout today. I came home for the weekend. I'll probably end up playing some tennis and just plain ole relaxing.

Thanks for the comments guys, and Soba, it looks like we're in the same boat.

I'm beginning to experience some pretty bad pain in my elbow which leads me to believe the heavy dips/bench are starting to take their toll. I don't want to take a rest, but if it gets any worse I'll have to.

The more I think about the BF the more I'm thinking about going on a small cut. I'm thinking I'm going to knock off about 5lbs and then do a really slow bulk up to 170lbs or so before I do a longer cut. Nothing's def. yet, but that's something I've been thinking about.

195-205 would be my guess. It depends on the person, i know people that can bench 60 lbs more then they can do for 5 reps and i know people that can do 20lbs more.

I agree with BigNic. It is really hard to tell, the only way to really know is to try it. Give it a go, and report back.

I'm pretty much thinking along the same lines as you BigNic. Back when I could only do 145lbs for 5 my benchmax was somewhere around 175-180, so 195-205 sounds pretty reasonable.

Douglas- I'll give it a go in another couple of weeks or so. I really want to wait till' I can get 185lbs for 5, before I max out.
