Been awhile since I updated this.
I'm down to 7 weeks left. Getting close to the end. Ready to be done with this thing.
Finally getting my weight back up. I'm back up to 176lbs, but still can't really get in the gym. I think I've lifted something over 100lbs maybe twice in the last 5 months. I'm eating whatever I can get my hands on so I'm holding on to a bit more bodyfat than I'd like. With that said, I don't care as I'm just trying to hold onto as much muscle as I can. Still haven't been able to break a 10min mile and a half. Was on pace to run around a 9:45 but ended up having some projectile vomiting.
My separated shoulder is probably about as healthy as it's going to get given the circumstances. I can finally do some chinups again, though I can't really hang from the bar very well. I went and worked out today for the first time in awhile. I've lost some strength but have held onto a bit more than I thought I would.
