    Ran the loop yesterday. Had always thought it was 2.5 miles but my GPS and mapmyrun.com both said it's 2.7 miles. Time was 19:36 at an average pace of 7:18/mile. Not my fastest time but not too bad at all.


    Lower back was tight and I've got work so I took today kinda light and quick.

    Nah bro, couldn't make his last comp. I was working. This work schedule is kicking my ass. I'm on my 3rd 10 day work stretch. I'll have a 4 day break starting next Friday and then I'll work another 10 day stretch. Talked with him afterward though. Seemed pretty happy with everything. Did a damn good job from what I heard.

    Big shakes before bed. Big ones. An extra scoop of protein (or 2 or 3) and just chug it down. You'll stay tired too, until you eat more. Easier said than done, I know but if you can get in the habit of it now, it'll be easier later.
