So Day 1 of my cut begins. I'm pretty sure, I'll be able to do pretty good, as I've already done this once before.

My elbow still hurts sometimes. It's wierd, because I can't make it reproduce the pain. I've twisted, pressed and stretched my elbow in so many directions, but yet I can't make it hurt again. It almost seems that after awhile, my elbow tenses and when I stretch my arm, it may be pulling a tendon. I dunno, but I still think I'm going to go to the gym this afternoon.

    Food:

Meal 1- Turkey and Cheese Sandwich, Stew Beef and Rice, Corn, Vegetable Soup

Meal 2- Chicken, Teryaki Steak, Lima Beans, Corn, Salad

    Odds and Ends:
    Nutri Grain Bar
    Banana
    Balance Bar

    Workout:

    DB Shoulder Press-

    40s x 10
    45s x 10
    50s x 10

    DB Lateral Raises-

    20s x 10
    20s x 10
    20s x 10

    Leg Extensions-

    2 sets of 10
    1 set of 5

    Leg Curls-

    2 sets of 5

    Leg Press-

    100lbs x 10
    200lbs x 10
    300lbs x 10

All done back to back to back without stopping.

This workout was nothing like what I usually do. I had work I had to get done, and couldn't get to the Rec Center to do my normal workout. I had to use the equipment by my dorm. While this wasn't a bad workout, it wasn't the normal workout I usually do, and I didn't really like it.

Ryuage- Thanks man. I've found that I don't really crave all that much food that I was eating just a couple days ago.

JustinF- I def. agree. It sucks, but it's definitely neccesary.

CoCoa- Thanks man. I guess the reason I didn't really like it was that I've come to love the split I've been on. I do think though, that I'm not going to go with the compound lifts for this week only, and kinda let my elbow heal and my body get used to the lesser number of calories.

it's weird, you don't crave food unless you eat it... and some of the stuff I eat considered "forbidden" is the only reason why I'm eating it, not that I'm craving it... hehe. I wonder if dieting is messing up my head more then it used to be!

Ryuage- Exactly. I've found that its no exactly that I crave a certain food as much as the fact that I'm craving food in general. I've forgotten what it feels like to be hungry all the time lol.

Soba- Thanks for the words fella.

I end up eating something like 4 times a day. Two of those meals are a lot bigger than the others, but I usually end up eating a piece of fruit and a nutri grain bar sometime during the day and a balance bar at night.

Is that due to inconvenience? I'm cutting, keeping cals pretty dang low, but as long as I space 6 meals evenly, I find myself full all day. No hunger pangs, no cravings.

Frozen- Yea it's mainly due to class schedule and other inconveniences. I don't really worry about it as long as I eat something.

    Food:

Meal 1- Chicken, Baked Pork Chop, Tuna Fish Sandwich, Mixed Veggies, Clam Chowder

Meal 2- Turkey, Dressing, Mashed Potatos (No Gravy), Salad

    Odds and Ends:
    Nutri Grain Bar
    Banana

    No Workout

Played some tennis today. Hit fairly good.

I don't really have a really "clean" diet so to speak. Mainly what I'm trying to do is cut out the sugars and fats, and start getting some more good fruits and veggies in. Even though it's not as clean it is still a healthy cut, and a lot more healthy than what I have been eating.

Looking forward to the gym tommorow.

There was a guy I knew who competed and ran things ate 4 meals per day but had a protein drink with each meal and that was his plan which he swore off of, just food for thought.

Even though this wasn't my usual workout, overall this was a GREAT workout. Good intensity, and good lifts overall. I have to say, by my standards, my back is really starting to get fairly strong. It's amazing how I can pull a lot more weight than I can push. Overall a good day.

Tonight has been really stressful. Some of the RAs wrote us up for supposedly being "too loud" on a Friday night. Like any mother ****er has class the next day. I'm sure I'll have to see the Dean sometime this week. Then too top it off, me and my buddy got pulled because the damn cop said he thought we were drinking and driving. He was damn fishing like hell and just looking for an excuse to pull us. Right now I'm ****ing pissed as hell. Hopefully tommorow will be a better day.
