Nice work. The weights are coming up as you..transmutate..lol

Well irmt's a goid nickname. Man i checked out a couple pics and you really were a chunk..lol. I hit 265 at one point, about the same height. I think I'll always feel fat because of it.

It's funny how long people have been posting here. I started in 2004 at 25. Looks like you were 17. You were talking about going to prom with a "hot lady" LOL

    Haha seems like worlds ago.

Workout: Transmutation Week 3 Workout 2

    Location: CFW

    Weight: ~171lbs

    Bench (90%) -

    45lbs x 20

    135lbs x 5
    185lbs x 3

    225lbs x 2
    225lbs x 2
    225lbs x 2
    225lbs x 2
    225lbs x 2

Reverse Band Sumo DL (green bands 155-165 at btm 95 at top) -

    225lbs x 5
    315lbs x 5
    385lbs x 3
    405lbs x 3
    475lbs x 3
    475lbs x 3

3 Board (foam roller) press -

    135lbs x 5
    225lbs x 3
    245lbs x 3
    255lbs x 3
    275lbs x 2 (+10lbs)

    One Arm DB Rows-

    90s x 8/8
    90s x 8/8
    90s x 8/8

    Foam Rolling

    Comments:

The pressing felt pretty good today. Very smooth. Not too tough. The bands seemed to be giving a bit less than they did last time. Not sure if I was able to get more out of em or if they're just beginning to wear out. Either way the 475 was tough as hell.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

What does the reverse band do for you? Decrease assistance as you come up to improve lockout strength?

It's funny how little your weight fluctuates from day to day. Mine could be +/- 5lbs just based on a particular day's intake. You must stick to the diet pretty well.

    Good consistency in here overall.

Things appear to be getting heavier. At what point in this plan do you max out on everything?

Big believer in this split. Had a 80lbs jump in my total. Left about 10lbs in the tank on each lift. Will take next week very easy and then jump back into it and see what I can't hit in another 3 months or so. Very happy with everything.

Good progress chief. For some reason I thought you've deadlifted more than that. Didn't you do a powerlifting meet, or 2? What kind of numbers did you hit then?

Yea, I've hit higher numbers in all the lifts except for the bench. With that said, when my squat and DL were higher I was about 12lbs heavier. I actually pulled less in my PLing meet but was coming back from completely destroying my back, so that was even lower than it had been in the past. These are definitely the heaviest raw numbers I've hit at 170lbs.

Haha no clue. I couldn't really careless about my WOD performance. It's just not a priority of mine. If it gets better, that's cool. If not, oh well.

Had a couple of accumulation workouts. High volume. I'm sore as shit. Nothing else really special to announce.

NIce work on those PRs. When I left you were 170, now you were 170. I missed the morphing into a 182 lbs powerlifter. Still training with HomeY?
