    Did some interval running today. Ended up getting my mile and a half time down to 10:48, which is almost a full minute off my best time. The funny thing is, I haven't even been running all that much lately.


    Weigh-In tommorow. Hopefully I can get to the gym to do my normal lifts tommorow. Looking forward to it.

    Over the last week, I haven't been salting my food. It's taking some getting used to, but I'm slowly starting to enjoy it.

    Overall a pretty good workout. I only lost a half a rep off my bench, and I believe that was due to me not staying as focused during my bench workout like I usually do. Dips felt especially strong today. I don't really think my cut effected my strength today.

    JustinF- Thanks big fella. I was suprised at how much strength I had. I really didn't think I'd feel as good as I did.

    Dragon- Thanks man. I'm pretty happy that my deads increased. I wasn't expecting it.

    No Workout.


    Swam 20 laps in the pool at a slow pace. I then did 6 "sprint" laps to finish up.


    Did some interval training. 1.5 miles in 10:11, over 30 seconds off my last time.


    Did some abs, nothing special.

    Looking forward to tommorow's session. Should be a good day.

    ya man, i know what you mean about the benching. Im having the same problem myself. If you really care about raising it you sould think about putting in some day for speed benching. Thats what im doing

    BigNic- I'll probably do some kinda speed day, when I start back on a bulk. Right now, with this small cut, I'm trying my best to make sure my lifts don't drop all that much. I think it's kinda wierd that my Dip strength went up, but my bench went down.

    JustinF- HAHA, yea man. I've seen some big guys that could move. For the race I'm thinking more along the lines of a couple miles instead of 20yards lol, just gotta keep it even for me seeing as how my sprint isn't the fasted in the world.

    BIG C- Nice to see ya around buddy, and thanks for the good words. I'm just hoping I can keep my strength up during this cut.
