Do you notice a big difference using a foam roller? Does it help with flexibility, recovery, both, one more than the other?

Steady goin in here. Looks good. I'm pretty impressed with all those sets of db bench @ 70lbs. First time I got a rep with 70's I felt like a STUD..lol

Bruteman...foam rolling is wonderful. Get a regular roller then move on to the blue Rumble Roller. Hurtz so good!

I agree with Mwood, the foam roller is fucking awesome.

Tweaked my back last week. My schedule is all screwed up for the holidays. I'm going to lay off the strength split for the next 6-8 weeks. Start focusing on some stuff I've neglected and go to a higher rep scheme during my workouts.

The way you have been training lately, you may be interested in this book. I've had it for a few years now and use the conditioniing stuff out of it. Your "routine" is very similar to the one laid out. So if you ever feel the need for something different, but the same, you should check it out.

Are those 80lb getups as mad as they seem? 62 reps is a lot!

Nice to see some xfit back in the mix..

Nice work in here. It's hard to keep consistent with crazy schedules, so props to you.

And thanks for keeping the drunks off the streets! It never ceases to amaze me how prevalent drunk driving still is. Seems like everyone is doing it..

Yea, it's not exactly a fun workout. Been to the gym a few times over the last several days. I'm working on a 10day stretch of night shift so I'm not exactly Mr Pep at the gym. Worked up to 3x5 at 185 for front squats. Nothing special.
