Good workout. Slightly less volume today. I'm having to shove all these workouts in back to back days when I would normally have a day of rest at least between day two and three.

I'm smoked. The session also called for a 4x8 at 65% for Front Squatting, but between the deficit deads from yesterday and all the pulling and squatting today, I couldn't handle it. Did two extra sets of Glute Ham instead. Glad tomorrow is an off day.

Pretty decent session. Good squatting. The front squatting felt light and fast. The back squatting felt a bit heavier but still went smoothly. I'll try and throw up a video of one of the front and back squats.

The way it's setup is 3 weeks of accumulation (high volume, low intensity), 2 weeks of transition (med-high volume, higher intensity), 2-3 weeks of transmutation (med volume, high intensity), 2 weeks of realization (low volume, highest intensity). During transmutation you start addressing the weak points in different lifts and use heavy assistance work to correct them. In my case it is typically off the floor with a deadlift, at my chest on a bench and in the hole on a squat.

No videos today. Pretty decent work. Some of the OH pressing felt very light, others didn't. I think the volume may slowly be getting to me. Hopefully the program calls for slightly less next week. Other than that the speed on the benching felt good and the front squatting went well.

I'm done for the week. Absolutely smoked. The volume has been absolutely nuts for me. The weights may seem light to everyone but they've been a kick in the dick. I had a really high bar placement on a few of the sets of Front Squat. Caused me to lose my vision mid set. Very close to passing out and as you can see from the video, I definitely got loose on the last set. The back squatting went pretty well. I'd be interested to see my speed if I was fresh.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

Your face got red as a beet..lol Passing out with a loaded bar would probably suck pretty bad.

Glad to be having a deload week. I need it. Even still, the bench felt extremely fast.

No motivation to get into the gym. This is my 8th straight day of work. I've got two more 10hr shifts before I get a few days off. I'm smoked.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.
