    Mwood- The main lift of the day has no rest component. I usually rest 3-4min. Most of the other sets have defined rest periods (ie 90-120sec).

    Bako- Thanks man. I'm hoping it'll pay off.

    Doug- Thanks man. HY handles my programming. I'm trying to learn as much as I can from him as myself and a buddy will start handling the programming for the PLing team we started up.
